Ekey

Ekey function	Function description	Operation path
Ordinary Ekey	The validity period of ordinary ekey is divided into limited time, permanent and circulation. The ekey sent in the lock details will not be marked as tenant or employee,The ekey list of lock details manages all ekey types of this lock. Tenant EKey	Tenant EKey: The tenant ekey needs to be checked in the room,The room opening permission is sent, which can realize automatic renewal of lease, automatic deletion of check-out, and automatic renewal or expiration of arrears according to the bill payment time.	Path 1:[room ]→[check-in ]→[send ekey ] Path 2:[checked-in room ]→[Access permissions]→[send ekey ]
Employee Ekey	Employee ekey: The employee ekey needs to be in the [Employee Management ] list,Sent in [mobile phone door opening management ], batch authorization and batch deletion can be performed. Passcode

Passcode function	Function description	Action path
Ordinary Passcode	Time-limited Passcode: a Passcode that can open the door within the validity period. After obtaining it, it needs to be used once on the door lock within 24 hours before it takes effect. Single Passcode: valid for 6 hours, use a failure. Permanent Passcode: a permanent Passcode that takes effect only once it is used on the door lock within 24 hours after it is obtained. Custom Passcode: Custom limited-time, permanent Passcode. Clear Passcode: Obtain the clear code of the door lock Passcode. If you use it once on the door lock, all the Passcodes used in the door lock will be invalid. Tenant Passcode	Tenant Passcode: After the room is checked in to the tenant,The system will remind you to delete the Passcode when checking out. After checking out, if the door lock is associated with the Gateway, the Passcode will be automatically deleted. IC Card

IC Card Function	Function Description	Operation Path
Ordinary IC card	Ordinary IC Card: It can be added through the mobile phone management terminal App or authorized to be added to the tenant terminal App. The Web terminal can be added remotely by the Gateway after the card issuer checks in the room and reads the card,Or add employees in batches to support remote deletion and modification of gateways. Hotel Card	Hotel Card: only need card issuer to write card,No gateway is required. After switching the hotel card issuance in the Web terminal [Settings ], the tenant can be issued a card after the room is checked in, and the employee can be issued a building floor card and a total card. [Check card ], [issue card ], [renew card ], [return card ], [report card loss ] operations can only be completed through the Web card issuer.(After switching to the hotel card issuance, the App side will not be able to add ordinary cards).	The Web side will issue tenant cards: [Web side ]→[Rooms]→[checked-in room ]→[Access permissions]→[card issuance ] The Web side will issue employee cards: [Web ]→[employee management ]→[card management ]

Fingerprint

Face

Face function	Function description	Operation path

Gateway
