eKey：Staff eKey、Tenant eKey、Standard eKey，Time-limited, Permanent, Recurring；

Passcode：Staff Access Passcode、Tenant Unlock Passcode、Standard Passcode，Supports time-limited, one-time, and permanent validity periods.；

IC Card：Staff Bluetooth Key、Tenant Access Card、Standard IC Card、Supports timed and permanent validity.；

Device Management：Manages smart locks, utility meters, gateways, elevator controls, and other devices.

Tenant Management：Supports management of current residents, upcoming check-outs, and checked-out residents' information, and supports exporting check-in information tables.
