Check-in	1. Fill in the payment method and amount, and automatically generate the bill to be collected; 2. The room shows the remaining days and total days of stay; 3. The room is bound with a smart lock,After check-in is completed, it will automatically jump to send [door opening permission ], or you can set automatic [send ekey ].	check-in:[Home]→[Vacant room]→ click on the room →[check-in ] Automatically send ekey upon:[Apartment settings]→[Lock settings]→ open check-in and automatic ekey sending.

Renewal

Function	Function description	Operation path
Renewal	Operate the [Renewal] function in the room or [check-in details ]. After the operation is completed, the system will remind you to update the [Access permissions].	Path 1:[Rooms]→ click on the room →[Renewal] Path 2:[Tenant ]→ select the check-in person [Rentaldetails]→[Renewal]

Check out

Function	Function description	Operation path
Check-out	Operation [Check-out ] will generate [Check-out statement ], which can record the expenses incurred during check-out. After check-out is completed, the system will remind you to delete the tenant [Access permissions],After check-out, the room status is changed to "vacant".	Path 1:[Rooms]→ click on the room →[Check-out ] Path 2:[Tenant]→[Rentaldetails]→[Check-out ]

By bill payment access permissions

Function	Function description	Operation path
By bill payment access permissions	After the function is turned on, the tenant will be authorized to open the door by sending the ekey for check-in. The ekey will be automatically renewed according to the time when the bill is to be paid,The ekey will automatically expire after the bill is overdue. The ekey will be automatically renewed after the apartment to receive the bill confirms the receipt.	Setting Path:[Apartment Settings ]→[Lock settings]→[Authorize Tenant App to Open Door ] Select [By bill payment ] function.
